first got to file2hd.com then follow this format:

after that go to youtube and go to the video you want to download

then copy the URL of the video and Paste it on the file2hd
Then click get files.
Choose High Quality or Normal quality(It's up to you if you want to download in normal or HQ)
After that, Right click on the Files shown then click save link as..
Example:

The File you will download is in .FLV format(Means its a flash video!)
